What GetPro24 does with your visit, in plain words. This site has no accounts, no sign-in, one claim form (described below) and no advertising today. This page describes what the site's code does; it is not legal advice.

What is measured when you visit
We use Google Analytics 4, a service of Google LLC, to count visits and see which pages are useful. When a page loads, your browser sends Google:
- the address of the page. Anything after a question mark is dropped, except campaign tags such as utm_source or gclid. Words you type into the search box end up after a question mark and are not sent;
- the page title and the address of the site you came from, without its query;
- your browser, device type, language and screen size, and the time of the visit;
- your IP address, as every web request includes it. Google uses it to work out a rough location (country, region, city) and does not show it to us.
Google sets two cookies on getpro24.com, _ga and _ga_7ZF9N9BC7J (up to two years), to recognize a returning browser. We cannot see your name or who you are and we do not try to find out. Advertising features are off: Google signals and ad personalization are disabled and ad storage is denied. The analytics code is added only on getpro24.com and only when JavaScript runs.
Google keeps the event-level data of this site in our Analytics account for 14 months and then deletes it; summary reports stay.
Taps we count
When you tap a phone number, an e-mail link, the Website link of a business, the Complete this profile link of a business page, the Send button of the claim form (only after we received your claim; nothing you typed is sent to Google), we count that tap. We record the kind of tap, the page it happened on and, for a business, its category (for example plumbers), its city and its short listing name (for example the-fair-plumber). We do not record the phone number, the e-mail address or the text of the link. Google Analytics may also record its own built-in events, such as scrolls and the address of an outside link you open, as set in our account.
Server logs
Like every website, our web server records each request: your IP address, the time, the page address (including anything after a question mark, such as the words of a search), and your browser type. The hosting company keeps these logs for security and troubleshooting, under its own retention rules.
What stays in your browser
theme(local storage): your light or dark choice, saved only if you press the theme button.nearme(session storage): if you use the location button, your position rounded to about one kilometer stays in this tab so the list can be sorted by distance. It is not sent anywhere and it disappears when you close the tab. Your browser asks you before it shares your location.dir-ga-off(local storage): set only if you switch analytics off below.- The two Google cookies named above.
The page to add or claim a business opens your e-mail program with a message to mail@getpro24.com. We receive what you send, your address and your message, and use it to answer you and to handle your listing request, and keep it as long as that takes.
The claim form
On a business page, the form to claim a listing sends us your name, your e-mail address, the role you say you have, the topic you choose and what you type in the optional fields: your phone, the business website and a message, plus the address of the page. Your IP address and browser type travel with the request and are written into the message we receive. The form is handled by the server of this site: it sends an e-mail to mail@getpro24.com and keeps a copy on that server for 12 months. We use it only to check that you are the owner, to contact you about this listing and to complete it. We do not sell it and we do not send it to Google Analytics. Once we have confirmed you, the details you ask us to publish (website, opening hours, services, a short description) appear on the business page until you ask us to take them off.
The businesses listed
The business details on this site (name, phone, address, website) are the businesses' own public details, taken from their websites or from our business database. To correct or remove a listing, write to mail@getpro24.com.
Your choices
If your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track, this site does not load Google Analytics at all. You can also switch it off here, for this browser:
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google's opt-out add-on. The directory works the same without analytics.
